Every client is completely different, but here’s a rough guide of what you can expect from consultancy with us.
You might not have experienced Sport Psychology before at all. You might have experienced something already, which could look very different to what we do here at Seed. Our approach lends itself to investigating what you are telling yourself – in general, and during specific moments you might be experiencing performance concerns or blocks.
We use a cognitive-behavioural method. So what does that mean…?
If we start with what you’re telling yourself – what you’re thinking, we can start to unpick what emotions you’re experiencing as a result of this thinking pattern. Your thoughts and feelings will heavily influence the action you take – or – your behaviour.
